This is a maternity cover until August 2012.
We are looking for a customer service specialist who will go the extra mile to help potential and current customers. You will take enquiries and bookings and be the first point of contact for guests staying in the hotel - upon their arrival and throughout their stay. You will process invoices, take payments, deal with suppliers and carry out general administration tasks.
Requirements
Well organised with an eye for detail
Competent in Windows (Word & Excel)
Friendly, naturally helpful and with good presentation
Excellent writing and good numeracy skills
Previous administration experience required
Pay £6.08/hr, approx 40 hours per week
