Requirements
You will have lots of experience cooking in a commercial kitchen and a desire to learn and take on responsibility, and you should hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
You will be a good team-player, able to work effectively under a head chef but also to lead a team in a calm and supportive manner. You will be able to keep cool under pressure and take responsibility for your kitchen, monitor & order stock, plan and prepare daily specials, and communicate well with the waiting and bar teams and wider hotel and management teams.
This role involves early starts and late finishes so you need to be responsible and reliable.
