With just two hundred people, one pub and a whole lot of wilderness, spending a summer on the Isle of Jura isn't for everyone...but if you think you'll like it, you'll probably love it. Working on Jura is not just about becoming part of our strong hotel team, but part of the wider community of the island too.
Expect adventurous days off, wild ceilidhs and a constantly changing mix of interesting guests.

We only employ energetic, articulate and interested individuals with an infallible work ethic, solid, relevant experience, fluent English and great references. You must also have an NI number and UK bank account and be prepared to work six days a week.

Dinner & lunch services (up to 80c) - fryers, salads, desserts, pass as required (training given)
Plenty of prep - we make everything from scratch
Following HACCAP procedures.
