The Jura Hotel is the perfect spot from which to explore the magical island of Jura, off the west coast of Scotland. In a sheltered setting in the village of Craighouse, the Jura Hotel has breathtaking views across the water.
This family-run hotel has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. There are two lounges for guests' use, free wifi for hotel residents, a good value restaurant and a lively bar, which is the island's only pub and serves tasty lunches and dinners using local produce.
The hotel has seventeen bedrooms, most with beautiful sea views and ensuite facilities. We have twin, double, triple, single and family rooms.
Jura is the place to get away from it all, to enjoy the outdoors, the beautiful views, the wildlife-spotting and laid-back island life with little - but fantastic - company. Getting here is hard enough to keep the island almost a secret, but accessible enough for those who discover it to make them come back time and time again.
